
RUFUND POLICY

We want our clients to be happy with their services. Due to the unique nature of each service provided, we offer different refund terms, all in compliance with applicable US federal and state laws.
For Trainings & Coaching Services (provided under a Statement of Work):
Refund eligibility for training and coaching services is directly tied to the acceptance of deliverables as defined in the applicable Statement of Work (SOW).

Review Period and Acceptance: As outlined in your Statement of Work, the Client will have a period of 7 business days to review each deliverable and provide written notice of acceptance or rejection.

Deemed Acceptance and Payment Obligation: If no written notice of rejection is received within this 7-business-day review period, the deliverables will be deemed automatically accepted as per the SOW.
Upon such deemed acceptance, the services provided are considered complete, and the Client's payment obligations for the accepted deliverables become due as per the SOW.

No Refunds After Acceptance: Once a deliverable or service milestone has been formally accepted by the Client (either by signing the Acceptance of Deliverables Form or by deemed acceptance as per the SOW),
no refunds will be issued for that specific deliverable or the services rendered to achieve it. Any payments made for such accepted deliverables or services become non-refundable upon their acceptance.

Eligibility Before Acceptance: If you wish to request a refund for a deliverable or service milestone before it has been accepted (and within the defined review period), please email us with your feedback explaining why the service did not meet your expectations. Eligibility for a refund in such cases will be assessed based on the specific terms of your SOW and the extent of the work performed.
For Personal Consultations: We do not offer refunds for personal consultations, as we invest our time and expertise in each session. Please ensure you are fully committed before booking.

Contact us from the email address you used to register for our services within the specified timeframe and provide proof of meeting the refund conditions (e.g., specific dates, communication related to deliverable rejection if applicable). Refunds, if eligible, will be processed within 5 business days.
